One thing that makes an electronic artist like this strong is that it culls from both sides of the electro-industrial spectrum. Of course, it’s hard to get a full view of a band’s sound from a single, but with three versions of the title track, along with two other songs, one is certainly afforded a healthy peek. Some of the thickness, angst and electro-grit of the aggro side of this realm of music is used to thicken and strengthen the sleeker, synthpop based side which seems to be the stronger of the two halves. The music really works because the textures show plenty of depth and infectiousness while the melodies are firmly of the electro-industrial variety while summoning the melodic uplift of trance at the same time that those aggro tendencies are tinging the music. Essentially, this is strong, relatively aggressive synth industrial music, sure to be an ear pleaser for industrial fans. -- review by Kristofer Upjohn
