PreEmptive Strike .01 "Kosmokrator" is a teflon slick blast of aggro-industrial music, the metal of electro-industrial-heads everywhere. Bulleting along like a monorail on crystal meth (OK, it's not gabber fast but it does move) and heavy and aggressive (hence "aggro", duh) with plenty of finely tuned hissing textured and rasping vocals atop pulsing beats and dark techno witheringness. It's a vicious slash of electro-industrial for fans of classic aggro like Frontline Assembly, et al. Tight and dense but not exactly oppressive, the elements wound into "Kosmokrator's" industrial sound entwine like a cybersnake stretched taut, a spear heading for your eardrums.-- review by Kristofer Upjohn
